Happy New Year!!!(31st- 1st jan 2007) after sunday service, My church friends and I went to Lydia's house...played some games, watched one show and exchanged gift worth of $5.It was fun.Daniel asked Fiducia and me to be a DGL in a round-about way(don't understand him lah!!!).Fiducia guessed it right, she predicts that Daniel will ask me to be a DGL.Say really I not so sure about being a DGL bcoz I don't know how to lead the younger ones(sounds as if I'm getting old...) and....well Fiducia and I did discussed about it and our decision was go forthe DGL training.it should not be that bad isn't it???anyway at night I had family devotion with Fiducia's family and Hobart who is currently overseas.We just sang some songs and did countdown for New Year and share to each other our resolution for the Year 2007 , my resolution for the year was pass o levels-- below 15 points and make more friends and make sure I will folow the Lord's footstep...and of coz celebrate Aunty Estella's birthday! we drank Port(Wine) which contains about 20% alcohol. Haha Uncle Francis was drunk after drinking only one cup!He was not very drunk though but his face was soooo RED!Darius drank 3 cups and felt a bit tipsy.Fiducia and I drank 1 1/2 cup and felt very hot.I slept quite well at night...maybe is bcoz of the alcohol...nobody got hangovers the next day.
On 2nd Jan Fiducia and I went to Jeremy's house becase his mother wanted to teach us baking.It was fun baking with her too!His mother is quite funny coz she pronounced Fiducia's name as 'Siditia' hehe...we baked cookies and muffins, they tasted very delicious!:p most of time were used on baking...Jeremy went back home today but we had a good time chatting together.We chat about drinking, what happen if we get drunk and more. Darius also came to ask Fiducia how to ask girls out.Hehe maybe that is the disadvantage of being from the boys schools. Had a really good laugh after quite sometime...it was great!
Today is the first day of school. It wasn't so bad but it is quite unbelievable when I realised my english is in third class and Fiducia is in fifth class...her english is definitely better than mine, she even got top in class! hmm...probably they anyhow place the students into different banded classes.I in B class for chinese! the teachers said that o levels will be brought forward on september.It will be quite rushing for us to finish the chapters on time.Anywa I already prepared to be busy for this year...all we need is just go through o levels safe and sound.I have already set my targets for mid-year exam.Chinese A1, English B4 and the rest B3 and above.I should be able to get them...if I study hard.It can be done, have to believe...
