Baby, don't say goodbye.

about me.

GRACIOUSSTAR
Grace is her name, a christian who is dependant on God in whatever she does.
A dancaholic and a shoppaholic who always tries her best to do her best.

She can be as bad and good as it can be.
Someone filled with self-belief and also haunted by self-doubt
She got all the answers
But got nothing figured out
She like to be by herself
but hates to be alone
She is a million contradictions
Sometimes she make no sense
Sometimes she's perfect
Sometimes she's a mess
Sometimes she is not even sure who she is...

YAY! Finally another video of me dancing! It has been quite sometime. I always waiting for them to upload the videos but too bad, they didn't upload in the end. I feel that i'm a bit too stiff though. Never mind there is always room for improvement. YAY! Just ended WAacking class today. Gonna train up more! :)

I so looking forward for tomorrow. It has been quite sometime since the last time I been to FOP. I'm super happy that Chang Hong, Pris and Darren are coming! Is gonna be a super huge group of us attending it then :)

Sometimes I really do not know what to do with you guys. Now I do not know what is best for you guys already. Since you guys are so uncoporative, then there is nothing I can do. If this is what you want, then this is what you get. We should just close down.

Carry me

Finally I have completed my course in Street Jazz in O school. Just hoping that i can continue to practice hard and can really dance well in Street Jazz. Now I'm kinda wondering what other course I would like to take. Waacking would be good. but I will be taking Contem Jazz with Fifi too.
Anyway, last day of the course, we get to have dance battle with each other. It was fun to know that all of us have limited "vocabulary" in dance, we really gave all that we have. We have nothing to lose...
Still wondering whether should I go for O school recital audition. I would like to go, but I already have things in church. haiz...
What's next?

It has been quite some time since I've blogged. Nothing much to talk about anyway.
Get to watch Despicable me with RIBS on friday. I like Agnes! HEHE! Anyway, the show is just cute, nothing much.
I have not been dancing. So far I have only danced once a week in O sch, but today will be my last lesson and yet I'm not sure if I should go. My FYP is going to due date on Wednesday and yet we have not done anything much. Haiz...sian.
ps: Qiqi and Annette are cute little angels. :)
What more can I do?

ESFJ
Extravagant Sensing Feeling Judging

Providers take it upon themselves to insure the health and welfare of those in their care, but they are also the most sociable of all the Guardians, and thus are the great nurturers of social institutions such as schools, churches, social clubs, and civic groups. Providers are very likely more than ten percent of the population, and this is fortunate for the rest of us, because friendly social service is a key to their nature. Wherever they go, Providers happily give their time and energy to make sure that the needs of others are met, and that social functions are a success.

Highly cooperative themselves, Providers are skilled in maintaining teamwork among their helpers, and are also tireless in their attention to the details of furnishing goods and services. They make excellent chairpersons in charge of dances, banquets, class reunions, charity fund-raisers, and the like. They are without peer as masters of ceremonies, able to speak publicly with ease and confidence. And they are outstanding hosts or hostesses, knowing everyone by name, and seemingly aware of what everyone's been doing. Providers love to entertain, and are always concerned about the needs of their guests, wanting to make sure that all are involved and provided for.

Friendly, outgoing, neighborly - in a word, Providers are gregarious, so much so that they can become restless when isolated from people. They love to talk with others, and will often strike up a conversation with strangers and chat pleasantly about any topic that comes to mind. Friendships matter a great deal to Providers, and their conversations with friends often touch on good times from years past. Family traditions are also sacred to them, and they carefully observe birthdays and anniversaries. In addition, Providers show a delightful fascination with news of their friends and neighbors. If we wish to know what's been going on in the local community, school, or church, they're happy to fill us in on all the details.

Providers are extremely sensitive to the feelings of others, which makes them perhaps the most sympathetic of all the types, but which also leaves them somewhat self-conscious, that is, highly sensitive to what others think of them. Loving and affectionate themselves, they need to be loved in return. In fact, Providers can be crushed by personal criticism, and are happiest when given ample appreciation both for themselves personally and for the tireless service they give to others.

Career:

The Guardian type known as the Provider (ESFJ) is sometimes known as the "Santa Claus" personality since they are generally well-liked and notice whenever situations become "naughty or nice." They provide for the welfare of many and usually show well-developed social skills. They are happiest in positions where they need to deal with people. It is not uncommon to find them in health care, as a physician, nurse, or respiratory therapist. They also can be attracted to the field of education, social service, or religion. In business they may be a retail owner, receptionist, real estate agent, or sales representative. The common theme is their service to others. Says Alice, "As a teen I did hospital volunteer work, but decided I preferred education so got my teaching degree. I've been teaching elementary school for 5 years. I love helping children to learn."

Dealing with stress:

The Provider is the most likely to first become angry, then sad and complain to anyone who will lend them an ear. This is quite different from their normal style of spreading happiness and making everyone around them comfortable. What triggers the stress is when others do not trust them or when they experience too much pressure to conform to a standard with which they do not agree. Interpersonal conflict with a boss, co-worker, or underling also takes a toll on the Provider's equilibrium. When stressed, they may become excessively logical and critical in their dealings with others. To return to normal, they will need less pressure from others and more solitude. Sometimes writing in a journal will help them with their sadness. They may need coaching in how to deal with adversity and decrease their need for harmonious relationships. Changing the people they interface with may help.

Studying:

Providers (ESFJ) still like order, but they are the most tolerant of the Guardians of some mess. They often like to have a study group. Lauren is in a study group for economics with three other women. Over time, they have developed a breakdown of jobs so everything gets covered. They also spend part of each session in girl talk. Providers are the most likely of the Guardians to get off-topic when studying since they find the latest people happenings much more fascinating

Intelligence style:

Guardians have a natural intelligence in logistics – making sure the right thing is in the right place at the right time. However, natural ability benefits from being exposed to tried-and-true training in logistics skills demonstrated in various majors. Protectors (ISFJs) have preserving logistical intelligence. Protectors keep both people and things safe. They don't like waste. Protectors will do whatever it takes to make sure there are no problems. Protectors notice when people are not comfortable and will act to change the situation.
